KJE is preparing its independent online store to support standard product orders, direct-to-consumer purchases and qualified B2B inquiries for North American customers.

Shipping Options

• Available shipping options, delivery estimates and shipping charges are shown during checkout when online ordering is available.
• Shipping times and service levels may vary by carrier, destination, product availability and order type.
• For bulk, wholesale, distributor or OEM orders, shipping method, Incoterms, packaging, palletization and lead time may be confirmed by quotation, invoice, purchase order or written agreement.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited or priority shipping services may require an additional fee.

Shipping Restrictions

KJE currently ships to the 50 U.S. states and Canada only. KJE does not ship to U.S. territories, including Puerto Rico, APO/FPO military addresses or other international regions.

Shipping Time

Shipping time varies by carrier. Most orders are delivered within 3–5 business days after purchase, excluding Hawaii and Alaska. KJE cannot guarantee a specific delivery date and is not responsible for carrier or delivery issues after the shipment has been handed over to the carrier. Once the carrier confirms delivery, the risk of loss is the buyer’s responsibility.

Delivery Inspection

Please inspect cartons and products upon delivery. Keep packaging, labels, photos and videos if there is visible damage, missing parts or a suspected shipping issue.
