Return & Refund Policy | KJE
This policy applies to standard products purchased directly from this KJE online store. B2B, wholesale, OEM, distributor and custom orders may follow the quotation, pro forma invoice, purchase order, contract or other written agreement confirmed between the parties.
1. Return Window for Direct Online Orders
For direct online orders placed on this website, the return window is 30 days from the delivered date. You must contact us before sending anything back.
2. Return Condition
- Products must be in original packaging with all included accessories, such as ratchet handles, hooks, storage bags and other included parts.
- Photo proof is required before an RMA number is issued.
- No return for used, soiled or worn items, custom-length straps or “Final Sale” items. Product quality issues are excluded from this limitation and will be reviewed separately.
3. How to Start a Return
Email tlelifttools@gmail.com with your order number, photos and a description of the issue. We reply within 1–2 business days with an RMA number and return address if the return is approved. We do not accept returns without an RMA.
4. Who Pays Return Shipping
- Our fault: If the issue is a confirmed defect, wrong item or missing parts, we pay return shipping and provide a full refund or free replacement.
- Buyer’s reason: If the return is due to buyer preference, ordering the wrong product or a similar non-quality reason, the buyer pays return shipping and original shipping is non-refundable.
5. B2B, Wholesale and OEM After-Sales Terms
- B2B, wholesale, distributor, OEM/private label and custom orders are handled according to the confirmed quotation, invoice, PO, contract or written agreement.
- Custom-length straps, customized packaging, OEM production and bulk orders are generally not returnable after production or shipment unless there is a confirmed product quality issue, wrong item or missing parts caused by KJE.
- For shortages, wrong items, damaged cartons or suspected quality issues, please provide order documents, photos/videos, carton labels and a clear issue description as soon as possible after receipt and before use.
- Available remedies may include replacement parts, free replacement, repair support, credit, refund or other reasonable solution based on the confirmed issue and order terms.
6. Warranty & Liability
Rated WLL and break strength are stated on the product page, label or specification. Misuse, overload, sharp edges, chemical exposure, improper installation, modification, excessive wear or use outside the intended application voids warranty coverage. Maximum liability is limited to the product purchase price.
7. Safety Misuse Exclusions
- Do not tie down sharp objects or use straps over unprotected sharp edges.
- Do not exceed WLL or rated capacity.
- Chemical environments are not suitable unless compatibility is confirmed in writing.
8. Disputes
Please contact us first. We resolve most issues directly and quickly. Opening a payment dispute before emailing us may delay resolution because the case must then follow the payment provider’s dispute process.
