KJE is preparing its independent online store to support standard product orders, direct-to-consumer purchases and qualified B2B inquiries for North American customers.

Shipping

  • Available shipping options, delivery estimates and shipping charges are shown during checkout when online ordering is available.
  • For bulk, wholesale, distributor or OEM orders, shipping method, Incoterms, packaging, palletization and lead time may be confirmed by quotation, invoice, purchase order or written agreement.
  • Please inspect cartons and products upon delivery. Keep packaging, labels, photos and videos if there is visible damage, missing parts or a suspected quality issue.

Returns for Direct Online Store Orders

Direct online store orders have a 30-day return window from the delivered date. Customers must contact KJE before sending anything back and obtain an RMA number. See the full Return & Refund Policy.

B2B / Wholesale / OEM After-Sales

B2B, wholesale, distributor, OEM/private label and custom orders are handled according to the confirmed quotation, invoice, purchase order, contract or written agreement. Product quality issues, wrong items or missing parts will be reviewed with supporting photos, videos and order documents.

Safety and Warranty Restrictions

  • Do not tie down sharp objects or use straps over unprotected sharp edges.
  • Do not exceed WLL or rated capacity.
  • Chemical environments are not suitable unless compatibility is confirmed in writing.
