KJE supplies factory-direct cargo control, tie down, lifting and fall protection products for North American customers. This guide helps both direct online buyers and B2B buyers choose the right product before placing an order.

For Online Store Orders

• Confirm the product type, length, width, hook style, pack quantity, WLL and break strength before checkout.
• Compare your application with the product page specifications. Break strength is not the same as Working Load Limit (WLL).
• Inspect all straps, hooks, ratchets, stitching and hardware before every use.
• Review the Safety & Use Guide and Return & Refund Policy before purchasing.

For B2B, Wholesale and OEM Buyers

For bulk orders, distributor inquiries, custom-length straps, packaging customization, OEM/private label projects or recurring supply needs, please submit a request through Request a Quote.

• Provide product type, size, webbing color, hook/hardware requirements, WLL/break strength requirements, quantity, destination country and target delivery date.
• For custom/OEM projects, sample approval, specification confirmation and production lead time may apply.
• B2B pricing, payment terms, shipping method, inspection terms and after-sales handling may be confirmed by quotation, pro forma invoice, purchase order or written agreement.

Important Safety Restrictions

• Do not use straps on unprotected sharp edges or sharp objects.
• Do not exceed the product WLL or the rating shown on the product page.
• Do not use products in chemical environments unless the product page or written approval specifically confirms compatibility.
